About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. Key Responsibilities

• Navigate our computerized data entry system and other relevant applications to access customer information, process requests, and update records.
• Resolve basic or tier 1 payment and account-reputed company requests, including card activations, payments, and name and address updates for card holders.
• Utilize basic user-friendly Graphic User reputed company (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes to provide standardized or scripted responses.

Minimum Qualifications
