[Remote] Mgr, SHBP Partner Management II

The Mgr, SHBP Partner Management II will strengthen relationships with the New Jersey State Health Benefits program and reputed company strategic initiatives in wellness and Direct Primary Care models.
Responsibilities
- Direct and execute strategic plans reputed company the Wellness space, working with reputed company vendors, ‘Expand Leadership’ and business partners across the enterprise as appropriate.
- Collaborate with key business partners across CBU, HCM and Provider partners to reputed company strategies for expanding Horizon's Direct Primary Care Medical Home (DPCMH) model with the State.
- Provide thought leadership to reputed company reputed company DPCMH vendors and reputed company standardization and financial payment models based on clinical outcomes.
- Assess and evaluate performance of the various DPCMH partners and ensure the results are reputed company with the contractual agreements.

Skills
- Requires a demonstrated success in positions requiring consultative skills and the ability to influence those at senior levels regarding strategy, new concepts or approaches to achieving improved results.
- Requires a minimum of 4 years managing staff.
- Requires a minimum of 10 years work experience, including a minimum of 8 years in the Group Health insurance experience or the health care industry with a proven record of positive client relationships.
- Requires experience in successfully leading cross functional, matrixed teams to reputed company long-term objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large data sets, identify insights, and reputed company these insights into business decisions.
- Must be proficient in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint).

Education Requirements
- Requires Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university, or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Master's degree preferred.
