Job Description
Responsibilities, skills, and knowledge may be representative, but not reputed company-inclusive of those commonly associated with the position. Order and Contract Management (Primary Focus)
- Review and process incoming customer orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Sales and Finance guidelines.
- Consult with Sales on nonstandard deal structures, pricing models, and contract terms.
- Audit customer reputed company and ensure billing systems accurately reflect reputed company contract terms.
- Participate in resolving reputed company order issues in partnership with management.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoices for recurring and usage-based billing models.
- Maintain high data reputed company across CRM systems.
Finance Operations & Miscellaneous
- Conduct credit evaluations for new and prospective customers.
- Set up, provision, and manage customer accounts in billing and CRM systems.
- Identify and implement improvements to operational workflows and system automation.
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives reputed company to reputed company, billing practices, and customer data management.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable functions as requested.
- Assist with financial review and special projects as needed.

Qualifications
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business operations or administrative role, preferably in a SaaS or IT-reputed company environment.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
