We are hiring remote Healthcare Customer Service Representatives who will support inbound calls from US based members/providers who have questions about their health, wellness, pre-authorizations, copayments, and plans/coverage.RESPONSIBILITIES:Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns & build a rapport that will reputed company them feel heard and cared forProvide essential information to members regarding access to care issues, benefits, reputed company of coverage, member handbook, etc.Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating self-service options use company sites and/or using products or servicesUtilize client specific knowledge systems to research & review multiple documents to reputed company serve the customer while keeping the customer engagedFollow instructions provided through documented processes and procedures to ensure reputed company compliance is met for government auditsEmpathize and resolve concerns to simplify the customer's healthcare experienceNavigate through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracyAdapt to learn new call types reputed company business needs change & reputed company support in those areasWORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTSHigh-Speed Internet With At Least 50 Mbps Download Speed & 10 Mbps Upload Speed (No Satellite, Wi-Fi, or Cellular/Wireless reputed company Internet Services)Must have a hard-wired internet reputed company reputed company ethernet cable to modem/router that you own/are responsible for.
