About the role The Accounts Payable team is looking for a skilled and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join reputed company for a three month contract position. As the Accounts Payable Specialist you manage the full cycle accounts payable process. Input invoices into the Accounting system after verifying compliance with company policies, SOX controls and in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Monitor incoming invoice flows from suppliers reputed company different invoice channels for relevant entities Review aging of vendor invoices monthly and resolve past due invoices/credits and escalate issues as needed reputed company reconciliation of assigned vendor statements in a timely and accurate manner Collaborate with Procurement to update vendor Master Data such as payment terms, bank information etc. Monitor the AP Inquiries inbox as assigned, respond to stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner Research and resolve any issues that might arise with the vendors by following up and working with internal stakeholders on any missing documentation, payments or invoices Work on reputed company projects as needed As the Accounts Payable Specialist you will report to the Director, Accounts Payable and work a hybrid schedule. We are considering candidates who are based in Los Angeles or Dallas. About You 2-3 years experience in Accounts Payable Experience working with ERP systems and automated AP workflow platform Proficient in or able to quickly learn reputed company, reputed company and reputed company Workspace Experience working in reputed company and other Office Suite products Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to assisting internal and external stakeholders with professionalism, responsiveness, and a solutions-driven approach Proven ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Capable of working cross functionally with teams, fostering a positive work environment About the Team Crunchyroll’s Accounting Team is a global group of passionate professionals who play a key role in supporting the company’s core business operations.
