Acting on behalf of reputed company you will review accounts and process refunds and/or retraction to insurance companies on patient accounts with a system credit balance, research and resolve problem accounts as needed. • Associates or Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred
• Ability to research and problem solve, using analytical and critical thinking skills
