About the Role

As a Senior Engineer in our Impetus Designing team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, maintenance, and support of our Trent program engines and reputed company systems. You'll be responsible for leading technical projects, providing guidance to junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability, configuration, and maintenance of assigned engines and reputed company systems, and provide technical leadership to junior engineers.
• Communicate critical issues to Tech Operations leadership and provide reputed company and technical direction to assigned hardware/obligations.
• reputed company technical proposals and supports for corrective action plans in response to Reliability Program requirements and FAA/QA/CAS audit findings.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company FAA regulations and reputed company procedures for relevant engineering processes and practices.
• Support the development of reputed company maintenance budgets and reputed company cost analysis to resolve financial issues.
• Provide direct support for reputed company maintenance shops and test cells, including shop visit management and troubleshooting for assigned reputed company and reputed company hardware.
• Practice safety-conscious behaviors in every operational process and procedure.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 3 years of industry experience credited for a Graduate degree, in the listed disciplines.
• 3 years of industry experience credited for a PhD in the listed disciplines.
• Past reputed company, OEM, or reputed company experience with commercial aircraft engines.
• Experience with the maintenance or design of gas turbine or turbofan reputed company components.
