Job Description

As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to callers who need assistance with scholarship applications and other reputed company inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver an excellent customer service experience, ensuring that callers feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their interactions with you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to callers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve issues and escalate reputed company problems to senior representatives or management as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and training to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* At least one year of customer service or call center experience

• English proficiency
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience
• Ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult or tense situations
• Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and ability to multitask
• Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation

Requirements for Remote Work:
