Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their inquiries and requests
• Capturing information and entering data into our customer service database in a timely manner
• Operating our customer service database and reading relevant call-handling instructions
• Relaying messages and routing calls to the appropriate resources
• Following up on calls with clerical duties and liaising with other departments
• Providing personalized customer service at the highest level, with a focus on quality, teamwork, service, adaptability, reputed company, and ownership

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background reputed company
• Reliable Internet reputed company and attendance
• Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Quick and correct typing – ability to create grammatically correct responses without spelling errors
• Positive attitude and a passion for learning
• Goal-Oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous call center experience, customer service experience, utilities customer service experience, and medical office setting customer service experience are highly desirable.

Position Details

* Full-Time remote position

• Interview process: Interviews will be conducted in a group setting with other candidates, virtually (reputed company Meets)
• Starting Pay:

+ $15.00/hr for the first month + $16.00/hr after the first month + $17.00/hr after mastering Tier 3 + $18.00/hr after mastering Specialty and reputed company

• Training Details:

+ The training will be for 3 weeks and will also take reputed company on the weekends + Remote training will be done ONLINE + Week 1: Monday through Friday + Week 2: Monday through Thursday + Saturday + Week 3: Monday through Thursday + Sunday

• Work Schedule:

+ Your work schedule availability will be discussed during your live group interview with the hiring manager + 40 hour week shifts will cover reputed company from 6AM to 10PM + It will be 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday + Weekends are mandatory
