Job Summary
As a Bilingual Remote Customer Account Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers. You will be responsible for resolving reputed company account questions, providing personalized support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers reputed company phone, email, and online chat communications

Essential Qualifications
* Bilingual Spanish/English verbal and written communication skills
- Prior customer service experience, 2 years preferred
- Ability to work from home with focus space and limited distractions
- High-speed Internet service required
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Confidence to take empowerment and reputed company decisions for customer solutions
