Job Role:

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:

• Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Routing technicians based reputed company, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
• Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with reputed company members of the reputed company team
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Schedule:

Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will work a flexible schedule, with the following commitments:

• Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break
• Monday to Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break (excluding Wednesdays)

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year in a similar position
• The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work independently
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
• Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan) with precision and attention to detail

Remote Work Requirements:

As a remote worker, you'll need to provide:

• High-speed internet access
• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
• A dedicated laptop and cell phone will be provided by blithequark
