Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Application Administrator to join reputed company on a fully remote basis. As an Application Administrator, you will be responsible for performing entry-level application administration tasks, including building organizations and users in Link, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join reputed company and contribute to the success of our reputed company-to-Link migration project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with end users to set up their organization and user credentials
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure a smooth transition to the new application
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, including typing accuracy and speed (greater than 40 wpm)
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (greater than 40 wpm)
  • Excellent command of the English language (bilingual, English and Spanish, a plus)
  • Proficient in Word and reputed company
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a helpdesk or technical support role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable internet reputed company and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience

  • Experience working with end users to set up their organization and user credentials
  • Knowledge of the reputed company-to-Link migration project and its requirements
  • Familiarity with the Link application and its features
