The Role

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will work in a permanent work-at-home role, taking inbound phone calls from patients, members, or customers. You will utilize your exemplary customer service skills, patience, understanding, and compassion to resolve their queries and provide support. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional patient experiences, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and empathetic.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company PCP Change/Provider Lookup, ensuring seamless transitions for patients
• Look up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization prerequisites, and coverage
• Review Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, Vision, Over the Counter, and other reputed company services
• Process claims inquiries, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues reputed company to billing and services
• Answer enrollment/disenrollment inquiries, guiding patients through the process
• Address Grievances/Complaints, listening to patient concerns and providing solutions
• reputed company billing tasks, including making payments, transaction history, and premium inquiries
• Manage LEP (Limited English Proficiency) inquiries and disputes, ensuring language access for reputed company patients
• Assist with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs

Requirements for Success

Essential Qualifications:

• At least a High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 18 months of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment, with proficiency in software applications
