Job Summary

As a Beauty Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing client support reputed company phone and chat, responding to client inquiries, and resolving customer issues. You will be the face of blithequark, representing our brand and values to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests/inquiries reputed company phone and/or chat, including product purchases, service & quality inquiries, order status, product information, and general client support issues
• Demonstrate high standards for quality service and maintain an open communication line with Team reputed company/Quality reputed company/ the Trainer and the manager for support and personal development
• reputed company up to date with product/procedural knowledge and assessing industry trends
• Work reputed company with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations
• Maintain business acumen, courtesy, and professionalism reputed company dealing with reputed company client contacts
• Maintain proprietary call center database (reputed company) by entering information accurately and fully documenting reputed company client interactions appropriately
• Be punctual to work and adhere to reputed company schedules and deadlines both scheduled and special projects
• Strict adherence to key performance indicators (KPI) as set by management
• Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as outlined by management
• Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a business/professional environment; preferably in the service industry
• Comparable experience in an office environment encouraged
• Self-starter and ability to manage workload reputed company
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume
• Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen
• Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and/or written communication
• Ability to reputed company relationships with clients, even in difficult situations
• Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner
• Must be computer literate and internet savvy, e-commerce and online shopping experience preferred

• Must be flexible and be ready to work in a dynamic shift environment- weekends and evening shifts may be required

Training and Schedule

reputed company starts on October 11th, 2024. The training schedule is as follows:

• New Hire Orientation: Friday, October 11th, 9:00am - 3pm EST
• Training Schedule: Tuesday, October 15th - Saturday, October 19th, 2pm EST - 10:30pm EST
• Nesting on Week 2: Will be the same as your Production Schedule
• Attendance MUST be 100%

• Standard reputed company / Speed: Must have Hard-wired reputed company (no wireless/WiFi)

• Internet reputed company must not be shared with more than 3 devices in the same location
