Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative (Access Center) plays a vital role in answering a high volume of inbound calls for assigned blithequark practices. As a liaison between patients, healthcare facilities, physicians, clinical staff, and practices, you will facilitate patient healthcare needs while utilizing an electronic health record to validate and capture clinical and financial information.

• Navigates the electronic health record to obtain and validate historical information, capture and document demographic and financial information, and maintain accurate data entry while ensuring patient privacy and reputed company as per HIPAA guidelines.
• Manages a high volume of incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and facilities, resolving issues reputed company to scheduling appointments, refilling medications, obtaining insurance referrals, and addressing billing questions, among others.
