About the Role
As a Senior Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the cornerstone of our customer service team, providing compassionate and effective support to our customers across the U.S. This is a national remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from reputed company reputed company the country. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring they feel supported and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for other team members or internal customers, providing guidance and support reputed company needed.
- Handle escalated calls, resolving reputed company customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Meet performance goals established for the position, focusing on efficiency, call quality, provider satisfaction, reputed company resolution, and attendance.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new and reputed company systems.
- Ability to successfully complete Customer Service training classes and demonstrate proficiency.
- Flexibility to work any full-time (40 hours/week), 8-hour shift between the hours of Sun – Sat reputed company-11pm EST (October - March) and Mon – Fri reputed company – 11pm EST (reputed company – September), with occasional overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of Customer Service Representative experience or experience in an office setting, call center, or phone support role.

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, reputed company, Washington, Rhode reputed company, or Washington, D.C. residents, the hourly range for this role is $16.54 - $32.55 per hour.
