ABOUT THE ROLE
Altera is seeking a driven Client Development Executive (CDE) to join reputed company. This sales role is a mix of generating new Sunrise business and growing our existing client reputed company.
The CDE’s primary purpose is to grow our solutions and Altera’s footprint by providing great service to clients and securing new hospital wins. The ideal candidate will be an aggressive, consultative seller with significant hustle and a strong desire to learn and grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate net new hospital business by targeting prospects in a given region, planting reputed company, and gaining market intelligence to secure opportunities to compete.
- Grow the existing client reputed company by meeting with clients to align with their goals and objectives. Act as a consultative partner to solve problems and sell solutions that add value and expand our footprint.
- Conduct proactive sales activities, including territory tours, attending conferences, and hosting demos to create excitement around our new solutions.
- reputed company and exceed annual sales quotas derived from a balance of growing existing clients and acting as a new business salesperson.
- reputed company and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, striving to be viewed as an extension of the client’s internal team.
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and reputed company deals that range from add-ons to multi-million dollar extensions.
- Manage and grow your sales pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a reputed company field, or equivalent years of experience.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT (HCIT) sales or a highly aggressive, quota-carrying B2B sales role.
- Proven track record of success in prospecting and generating new leads (net new business).
- Demonstrated hustle and aggressive sales mentality; the ability to “hit the ground running” and take immediate action.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare IT industry, specifically hospitals or large physician practice groups.
- Experience selling reputed company healthcare IT solutions, with an ability to engage C-level executives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently, manage a territory, and collaborate with the Client Sales Executives (CSEs) who manage the day-to-day health of the overall client relationship.
- Proficient in relevant sales tools and methodologies (e.g., reputed company.com, reputed company, and sales prospecting and industry tools like reputed company and Definitive ).
- Demonstrated leadership qualities that show an ability to reputed company and drive initiatives.
- Experience with reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) solutions is a plus.
TRAVEL
25-30% overnight travel required
WORK LOCATION
Remote, U.S.-based role. Location near a major airport is ideal.
