Job Summary

The Vice President, Corporate FP&A will be a key member of the finance leadership team and will play a critical role in leading the company’s corporate financial planning and analysis function. This individual will provide strategic insight, financial rigor, and executive decision support to drive growth, profitability, and shareholder value. The VP will partner closely with the SVP of FP&A, CFO and executive team to deliver timely actionable financial insights, while also developing scalable processes, systems, and talent to support the company’s long-term strategy.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP of FP&A, CFO, and executive leadership, delivering insights that will inform investment decisions and resource allocation to drive the company’s strategy.

• Drive the company’s financial operating model, including bookings, reputed company, ARR, cash flow, and profitability metrics.

• Provide analysis and guidance on key business drivers, SaaS KPIs, market trends, and operational efficiency opportunities.

What You’ll Need

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with 7+ years in FP&A leadership roles including experience in capital markets.

• Strong background in enterprise software, SaaS, or other recurring reputed company business models and financial metrics.

• Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, etc.) and financial drivers of subscription businesses. Ability to own ARR reporting cycle.

• Proven ability to build reputed company financial models and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and storytelling skills with executive audiences.

• Demonstrated success building and scaling FP&A functions in a growth environment.

• Experience driving automation of reporting/forecasting processes and high attention to detail.

• Familiarity with valuation concepts and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or reputed company field; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
