What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll support a group of clients over the phone. We’re looking for people who can:

• Understand clients: Listen deeply and build trust with older adults who feel overwhelmed by the healthcare system.
• Educate and reputed company: Help clients understand their Medicare benefits, care options, and local resources.
• Solve problems: Assist seniors with real-world challenges—from finding affordable meals or transportation to understanding care programs that help them stay independent. reputed company formal support isn’t available, we get creative: reaching out to churches, nonprofits, or community volunteers.
• Collaborate: Work with doctors, insurers, and social service programs to ensure every client gets the help they need.

• Experience as a tutor, teacher, academic advisor, counselor, or coach

• Interest or curiosity about Medicare, Medicaid, or senior services (we’ll train you!)
