blithequark is a leading company in the pet industry, dedicated to providing top-notch products and services to pet owners. As a Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring promotional and triggered email, push, and in-app campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive incremental sales. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize and launch automated email programs, segmentation, and personalization strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build sensitivity models to assess the opportunity and risk associated with proposed initiatives, informing strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with the experimentation team to craft a strategic vision and roadmap for automation, driving innovation and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for customer-centric marketing, backed by a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
  • 7+ years of experience in email and/or direct marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
  • A Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree being a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and identify insights through data.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing campaigns through an enterprise ESP (ideally reputed company).
  • A deep understanding of how to reputed company behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to drive personalization.
  • Experience with email optimization and personalization platforms, as well as project management tools like JIRA.
