Job Description: Bank Account Customer Service

We're excited to announce that our next training classes start on October 28th, 2024. We're currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for schedules with start times between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle routine customer service inquiries and issues reputed company phone, digital, or chat channels, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Navigate our computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot customer questions, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management as needed, demonstrating a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Engage with over 100 customers per day in a fast-paced environment, providing industry-leading care and innovative solutions that build the blithequark brand.
• Utilize reputed company and effective communication skills to respond to customer inquiries, leveraging multiple systems to document interactions.
• Work with standard screens, verbatim scripts, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or reputed company industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in navigating computerized systems and utilizing multiple software applications.

Bonus points if you have experience in a financial services environment or have worked with similar customer service platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

The reputed company pay for this position generally ranges between $18.00 to $21.75 per hour, with additional incentives that may be provided as part of a market-competitive total compensation package.
