What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Member/Customer Services reputed company, you'll be working directly with blithequark members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing them with an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service: Building trust and creating sustainable relationships with members through open and interactive communication
- Applying problem-solving and critical thinking skills: Researching and communicating solutions in a variety of situations
- Effectively handling customer concerns: Utilizing available resources to provide accurate information and ensure empathetic resolution, while keeping records of reputed company interactions and changes
- Confidentially handling policy reputed company information: Ensuring compliance and communication standards are met
- Collaborating with internal teams: Ensuring thorough and timely resolutions for reputed company members
Required Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service reputed company position: Where there is a high value reputed company on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred
- Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude: Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Technical aptitude: Experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired
- Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations: Policies and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products preferred
- Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework: Preferred
- High School Diploma: Required; some college level coursework preferred
- Internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload: Must be able to support a VPN
