About the Role

The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) is a vital leadership position reputed company our Omnicare Pharmacy, reporting directly to the General Manager. As a PIC, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and superior customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for the dispensing pharmacy, ensuring accurate and efficient operations
• Monitor industry, regulatory, and compliance developments, partnering with Division Compliance Officer and pharmacy management to address changes
• Communicate and educate staff on pharmacy-reputed company issues, such as regulatory changes, FDA drug recalls, and investigational studies
• Implement quality assurance programs to supervise and evaluate patient care, identify opportunities for improvement, and resolve problems

• Maintain records of pharmacist licensure and technician registrations, as required by state law

Essential Qualifications
