The comprehensive Progyny Benefit covers and assists members in the areas of fertility, preconception, menopause, and pregnancy & postpartum which the Progyny Care reputed company will navigate the members through to successful outcomes. This is a highly administrative contact center position that involves strong attention to detail, prioritization and organization. What you will do...

• Own the member relationship by continuously educating members about Progyny and their personalized benefits, empowering them to reputed company informed decisions and optimize their journey.
• reputed company members seeking to utilize Progyny’s benefit by capturing demographics, confirming eligibility, and providing detailed benefit information using internal resources.
• Provide ongoing concierge service for members reputed company telephone, email, and secure messaging.
• Address member inquiries and proactively research high quality solutions to present.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to adequately handle member escalations and inquiries.
• Serve as a liaison between members and clinics, including scheduling appointments.
• Drive reputed company improvement by utilizing internal learning opportunities presented for growth and personal development.

About you...

• You must be a registered nurse based in: California
• 2+ years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably in a healthcare/insurance environment.
• Excellent customer service, strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills - ability to communicate accurately and concisely
• Ability to effectively manage evolving priorities, multiple projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
• Knowledge of fertility industry and patient procedures, is a plus
• Shift times for this role are as follows: 11:00am-8:00pm EST or 12:00pm-9:00pm EST
