Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound phone and video calls, as well as live chats over the internet to assist customers with their support queries
- Guiding customers through reputed company issues and providing solutions that meet their needs
- Collaborating with our internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall support experiences
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at reputed company times
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
Experience Requirements
+ 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment + A home office setting with a computer/laptop, internet reputed company, and headset hookups + High level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes + Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills + Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary + Willingness to submit to a standard background reputed company, drug test, technology reputed company, and voice assessments
