Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Operations Analyst to join reputed company on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accessing fund-reputed company documents from various sources, accurately matching received documents to the corresponding investor vehicles or portfolios, and following client-specific instructions to ensure proper handling and processing of emails/documents. This is a 9-month engagement with a competitive hourly reputed company of $20/hour for a 40-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities

• Access fund-reputed company documents from various sources, including emails and online portals.
• Accurately match received documents to the corresponding investor vehicles or portfolios.
• Follow client-specific instructions to ensure proper handling and processing of emails/documents.
• Conduct thorough verification processes to ensure data accuracy and reputed company.
• Communicate effectively with fund managers, colleagues, and external parties as needed.
• Meet targets for email/document throughput as established by your direct manager/supervisor.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry.
