As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark's Caremark Member Operations division, you will assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You'll have the chance to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. Our comprehensive training program will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge needed to reputed company in this role.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to plan members, responding to inbound calls and inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans
- Assist members with prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
- Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company business objectives and deliver exceptional results
- Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, maintaining confidentiality and data reputed company
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
