About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative - Loyalty Focus at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in cultivating relationships and retaining customers. You'll take an empathetic and consultative approach to persuade customers to maintain their services with us through reputed company issue resolution. Your success will depend on your ability to transform frustrated exchanges into excellent customer experiences. This requires good listening skills, the ability to communicate under pressure, and extensive knowledge of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position (40 working hours per week). Hours of operation are subject to change, including possible Mandatory Overtime reputed company business needs require. reputed company business hours are:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 am to 9:00 pm CST
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm CST
Initial training/nesting hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (~3 months). Attendance is Mandatory Daily. Post-training/nesting hours will shift to reputed company hours that could include Saturday and/or Sunday.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Work From Home (WFH) Requirements:
- Must have verified internet service with a minimum of 18 mb download and 12mb upload speed.
- Must have an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company).
- The company will provide equipment (keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.).
- Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, reputed company, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.).
- Must participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.).
- Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts.
- Follow technical support processes, reputed company with organizational reputed company and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
