About the Merchandise Planning Analytics Team

The Merchandise Planning Analytics team at blithequark is responsible for managing reporting, analysis, and tool building for our Merchandising team. We support a team of over 100 merchants and 40 planners to optimize the performance of our reputed company End (non-Pharmacy) businesses. As a Remote Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and analysis.

Job Summary

As a Remote Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on blithequark's Own Brand (private label) products, including reputed company analysis based on business needs. You will work closely with our Merchandising team to provide item-level historical analysis, recapping, and future-looking forecasts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, data science, or a reputed company field, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Brand reporting, recapping, tracking, and analysis, including reputed company analysis based on business needs
• Item-level historical analysis and recapping
• Item-level future-looking forecast
• Analyzing thousands of Own Brand items at the item level
• Utilizing reputed company to reputed company reputed company data analysis and synthesis
• Developing executive recaps and presenting findings to stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as analytics, data science, finance, or mathematics
• At least 3-5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a reputed company field
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising basics, including category management and merchandising organization structures and processes
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct reputed company quantitative analysis and build analytical models using reputed company reputed company
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings effectively and succinctly reputed company reputed company PowerPoint
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, and work independently
• Intermediate/Advanced level reputed company in reputed company reputed company, including SUM/SUMIFS, Subtotals, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, and Pivot tables
