Role Overview: We are looking for a Test/QA Process Analyst to assess and improve reputed company QA practices and non-production environment standards. This role focuses on process improvement, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance quality assurance operations. Key Responsibilities: Process Assessment & Improvement

• Evaluate reputed company QA practices and non-prod environment configurations.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to standards, templates, and controls. Strategy & Metrics
• Support development of QA tooling and automation strategies.
• Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and other quality metrics. Testing Execution
• Execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Test system modifications and document software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Monitor bug resolution and maintain defect databases. Collaboration
• Work with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in planning test schedules and strategies reputed company with project timelines. Required Skills/Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, QA processes, and user acceptance testing.
• Minimum of 3 years familiarity with QA tools and automation frameworks.
• Minimum of 3 years Basic knowledge of scripting or development tools (e.g., Visual Basic, JavaScript, Linux).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field. Preferences

This range reflects the minimum and maximum bolthires compensation for the position across reputed company US locations.
