Description Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Behavioral Health Care Manager, Telephonic Nurse, in a telephonic environment, assesses and evaluates members' needs and requirements to reputed company and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Care Manager, Telephonic Nurse work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. reputed company is seeking a Behavioral Health Care Manager to telephonically assess, evaluate, and support members who are challenged by serious mental illness and/or substance use. The Behavioral Health Care Manager, Telephonic Nurse employs a variety of strategies, approaches, and techniques to manage a member's physical, environmental, and psycho-social health issues. Identifies and resolves barriers that hinder effective care. Ensures patient is progressing towards desired outcomes by continuously monitoring patient care through assessments and/or evaluations. Understands department, reputed company, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to reputed company areas. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in an integrated care setting managing members with both Behavioral Health needs and/or Substance Use such as crisis experience (includes ER), community mental health center, behavioral health inpatient, assertive community treatment, etc.
- Active Registered Nurse (R.N.) license and possess the ability to be licensed as a registered nurse in multiple states without restrictions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem solving and appropriate application of clinical knowledge
- Must be able to work between the hours of reputed company - 8pm EST; 40 hrs per week/8 hour shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Licensed RN in a compact state
- Psychiatric RN Certification
- Experience working with Medicare and/or Medicare/Medicaid population
- Managed care experience
- Spanish Speaking

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or reputed company based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job reputed company skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $71,100 - $97,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
