Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility and work-life balance you're looking for.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
* Investigating discrepancies as they arise
* Completing additional projects as assigned
* Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
