The Role

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. You'll work closely with our internal engineering and reputed company teams to directly support our customers, escalating issues as necessary. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming customer questions and concerns reputed company email and our reputed company support portal
• Interfacing with internal sales and reputed company teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported
• Working with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
• Utilizing reputed company and other tools to manage internal processes and information

Preferred Experience

• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information
• Experience working in a customer service role

Compensation
