About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Total Loss Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with our claims process reputed company to total losses. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth claims experience. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers with total loss claims, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with new and existing claims reputed company telephone, email, or other communication channels, ensuring that reputed company necessary information is gathered and processed reputed company.
• Process letters and other correspondence to those involved in the claims process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications
