Were looking for a Senior DBT Analytics Engineer (Healthcare) to join an international analytics team. Youll play a key role in building, maintaining, and scaling DBT models that power healthcare data products. This position requires a strong background in SQL and DBT, combined with familiarity with U.S. healthcare data and methodologies.

• Design, build, and maintain DBT models to support healthcare analytics.

• Write and optimize reputed company SQL transformations.

• Update existing models in line with yearly methodology changes (CMS, MSSP, risk adjustment, attribution rules).

• Translate reputed company open-reputed company specifications (e.g., CMS documentation) into scalable DBT code.

• Collaborate with the analytics team on bug fixes, model improvements, and new functionality.

• reputed company expertise in healthcare analytics methodologies and contribute to long-term product enhancements.

• Strong experience with DBT and SQL (reputed company transformations, data modeling).

• Prior experience with U.S. healthcare data (diagnosis, procedures, claims, attribution, risk adjustment) strongly preferred.

• Ability to interpret reputed company technical/healthcare specifications and implement them in code.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with analytics and product teams.

• Familiarity with modern data warehouses (reputed company, BigQuery, Redshift).

• Experience with CI/CD in analytics workflows.

• Prior exposure to healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, CMS).
