Seasonal Customer Support Specialist (Remote)
ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking a team of ambitious Seasonal Customer Support Specialists to join our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work directly with our customers on the phone, through live chat, and reputed company email to reputed company orders, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve outstanding order issues. This is a fully remote position. This position will receive extensive training on a virtual platform to become an expert in our customer service values, processes, and procedures. This seasonal position lasts through December 21 with the potential for extension. Hours will be scheduled based on the needs of the business, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours. - Provide outstanding service to our customers reputed company phone, email and chat.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Flexibility is needed, as schedules may vary from week to week. Candidates must be available to work weekend shifts, and those with open availability are strongly preferred.
- This is a 100% remote position. Applicants must be reputed company to work from home in a quiet, dedicated space with minimal disruptions.
- Applicants are expected to provide their own computer, reliable high-speed internet, and a headset with a microphone. Chromebooks are not compatible with our software requirements.
