Job Summary

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for studies, resolution, and records access correction to ensure that our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records align with our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions reputed company the company, discovering and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, record monitoring and tracking, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create effective resolutions to clear up issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve problems and errors from various reports, including shared mailboxes and work queues

Requirements
