Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

As a Banking Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls from customers' inquiries and complaints in a Financial/Bank Services environment.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, compassionate, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times.
• Resolving service problems, such as customer complaints, and identifying the cause of the problem.
• Ensuring that customer queries are answered to their satisfaction and in a timely manner.
