Key Responsibilities

As a remote Part-Time Customer Service and Administrative Assistant at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries and complaints reputed company phone, email, and text, providing reputed company and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Performing data entry tasks to update customer information in our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Notating each interaction with clients, adding files to client portals, and preparing forms as required.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Training and Compensation

At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of reputed company members. As a remote Part-Time Customer Service and Administrative Assistant, you will receive:

  • 1 week of comprehensive training, provided at $15 per hour for 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
  • A competitive hourly reputed company of $17 per hour after training.
  • Performance bonuses, based on individual and team performance.
