About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Supervisor to join reputed company in a national remote reputed company. As a supervisor, you will have the flexibility to telecommute from reputed company reputed company the U.S. and will be responsible for managing a team of at least 30 direct reports. Your focus will be on driving team performance, providing leadership support for new initiatives and deployments, and actively engaging in team growth and development. You will be expected to attend 1 on 1 meetings with your direct reports, manage daily productivity, and assist with projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly activities of team members
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
  • Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.
  • Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews, as well as formal corrective action

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent years of work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience
  • 5 years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims, or customer service environment
  • Previous call center environment experience
  • Proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
  • Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00am - 10:00pm CST, Sunday through Saturday, with occasional overtime or weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
