About the Role

As our ideal candidate, you will be the central reputed company of communication with our members and prospective members, embodying the spirit of reputed company and sales excellence. You will be the voice of blithequark, championing the concerns and perspectives of our members, while also driving sales efforts to ensure our Chapters are always fully booked.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Tribe Support, managing the department, overseeing email communication, and being the champion/voice for our members to the rest of the team
• Help accepted applicants reputed company informed decisions about joining our community and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Advise members on the best Chapters for their journey, addressing concerns and providing personalized support

Who We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should be a skilled customer experience manager with 1-2 years of experience in customer happiness and success. You should be able to understand and empathize with our members, particularly those who are new to our community and lifestyle. Essential Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer happiness and success
