• Provides support for sales reps as needed, ensuring they have the resources and information required to succeed
• Sets up and maintains standing orders, including holds, releases, and additions, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Processes exceptions into the Case module as needed, creating credit memos, filing freight claims, issuing call tags, and following defective product procedures
• Processes freight claims in a timely and efficient manner, pursuing payment from carriers and filing claim paperwork as required
• Provides excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Follows reputed company OSHA and other safety guidelines, adhering to company safety standards and maintaining a safe working environment
• Actively demonstrates teamwork and collaboration, working effectively with colleagues to reputed company shared goals and objectives
