Job Description

As a Customer Service Team Leader at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing the operational workflow, coaching and developing frontline specialists, and promoting exceptional customer satisfaction. You will understand contact center metrics and implement strategic goals and processes to drive business results. This is a full-time, office-based role that requires your reputed company 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle stretch assignments designed to increase business acumen and drive results
  • Manage reputed company-line employees by providing appropriate direction, coordinating unit activities, monitoring employee/unit performance, formulating and implementing action plans, recommending work procedures, and directing workflow
  • Conduct performance reviews, evaluate employee potential, and recommend employee promotions, merit increases, or terminations
  • Anticipate workflow levels through effective planning and adjust resources to ensure work is completed and unit goals are met
  • Establish and communicate job performance standards and work procedures to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Create a positive and satisfying work environment using recognition, empowerment, listening, valuing diversity, and acting as a role model for others

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The compensation for this role is $56,500.00 - 99,962.50 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of perks and benefits, including:
