About the Role

We are seeking reputed company and compassionate Virtual Customer Service Associates to join reputed company. As a member of our Customer Experience team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering their questions. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls throughout scheduled shift, assisting customers with healthcare claims and enrollment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ year of call center experience
• A high school diploma or GED
• Minimum 25 WPM typing speed and keyboard shortcut knowledge
• Proficient navigation skills, quickly transitioning from one task to another
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly approach
• Ability to work in a private, dedicated, distraction-free, and quiet workspace
• Must reside in the United States
• Successfully complete the mandatory paid 4-week training with 100% attendance

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency with dual monitors and multiple software applications
• Experience with HIPAA requirements and guidelines

Equipment and Workspace Requirements

Training and Development

Our comprehensive 4-week training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to reputed company in this role. Compensation and Benefits
