Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist in reputed company, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in Lithuanian and Russian, providing timely and effective support.

Location: Work from home in Lithuania

Employment Type: Permanent, with a 3-month trial period

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, various shifts between 09:00 and 19:00 (8.5 hours per shift)
