About the Role: Athlete Engagement Teammate
As an Athlete Engagement Teammate at blithequark, you will be the cornerstone of our customer service call center, operating as the second tier of support. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in resolving intricate issues, soothing concerns, and building lasting relationships with our athletes. This role is not just about addressing queries; it's about creating epic athlete experiences through clear, empathetic communication and a deep understanding of our athletes' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with athletes reputed company phone or chat to address a wide range of questions and concerns, providing solutions and support with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Handle Tier 2 escalation calls and chats with finesse, taking ownership of issues and ensuring that every athlete leaves the interaction satisfied.
- Foster meaningful relationships with athletes through personalized communication, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and impactful.
- Tackle a variety of challenges, from offering gear advice to resolving order discrepancies, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize internal processes and online programs to deliver exceptional service, bringing positivity and passion to every shift.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including blithequark stores and shipping companies, to resolve issues and share knowledge.
- Take ownership of significant issues or uncertainties that arise during athlete calls, troubleshooting technical problems and reporting sensitive concerns.
- Participate in team events and culture-building initiatives, contributing to a positive team culture and suggesting improvements to enhance athlete experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
To reputed company in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, retail, or hospitality. Part-time experience is acceptable.
- Reliable high-speed internet and an Ethernet port.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and TEAMS.
- Experience with IVR (reputed company), CRM, or order management lookup tools is a plus, as is familiarity with viewing tracking information and using loyalty and gift card platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
The targeted pay range for this role is $35,400 - $53,300, as part of a competitive total rewards package. This may include additional components such as incentives, equity, and benefits.
