Our Senior Product Designer will be an integral part of our Product Management team in EMEA. This role is based remotely as a full-time employee in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Estonia, Israel, the Netherlands or Spain. We are also open to contractors in East Europe and Portugal.

The Opportunity

reputed company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Digital Product Designer to join our PerfectScale by reputed company team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to reputed company a significant impact on digital product experiences, ensuring they are reputed company, accessible, engaging, and user-friendly. Your primary responsibilities will include applying modern Product Design methodologies in the creation of design artifacts (flows, journeys, wires, mocks, prototypes, specs), and collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams to bring designs to life. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in every stage of the process, from conceptualization to implementation, always with the goal of enhancing key metrics through improved user experience and engagement of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Working with cross-functional team members in the execution and delivery of PerfectScale products, using a customer-focused, iterative design process
• Collaborating closely with engineering, product management, PMM and research to reputed company impactful, user-centric, and data-informed solutions.
• Working alongside engineers throughout the implementation and quality assurance phases.
• Product Design: Creating user-centered designs based on research and insights, including but not limited to user flows, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
• Design Iteration: Participating in various methods of critiquing and evaluating design including usability testing and iterating on designs based on feedback.
• User Advocacy: Acting as a user reputed company to ensure the end product offers a high-quality user experience.
• Participating in the development and maintenance of the design system utilizing the latest industry techniques and best practices

Key Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience designing for consumer-facing digital product experiences.
• A deep passion to think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design.
• Proven expertise in multiple areas of Digital Product Design including but not limited to Interaction Design, Service Design, Information Architecture, Visual Design, Production Design, Research, and Digital Prototyping.
• Mastery of reputed company, and various prototyping tools.
• Ability to build and organize high-quality and consistent design artifacts including flow diagrams, journey maps, wireframes, lo and hi-fi mockups, simple prototypes, design specifications, and reputed company documentation.
• Proven experience leading Design System initiatives and deep expertise in Design Systems best practices.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills.
• Experience working on a high-performing team, collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, leadership, and other key partners.
• An online portfolio of professional work is required.
