The Outpatient Director of Growth & Operations is responsible for strategic planning and operational reputed company of outpatient telehealth programs, driving growth through partnerships and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute referral growth strategies to expand session volume across multi-state markets.
  • Cultivate referral relationships with hospitals, primary care providers, specialists, community organizations, and other behavioral health stakeholders.
  • Build and expand provider networks by identifying and engaging new referral partners to strengthen patient access pipelines.

  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to ensure growth strategies align with quality care, compliance, and patient outcomes.
