- Advanced User and Production Support: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for user support and mentor junior staff, handling day-to-day functions and troubleshooting reputed company system issues.
- Process Automation & Efficiency: Design and manage reputed company automation using tools like Flow, Apex, Agentforce to streamline business operations. Explore and recommend modern capabilities, including reputed company's AI and Einstein features, to further enhance our processes.

What you need…

- Cloud Proficiency: Deep, hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
