Job Overview

As a Live Chat Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in managing multiple live chat conversations with site visitors, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, and connecting them with our practice-based professionals for in-person or virtual consultations. Your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding customer service, ensure seamless interactions, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients, schedule consultations, and manage reputed company journeys
• Manage multiple chat-based conversations in real-time, providing timely and professional responses to site visitors
• Follow established reputed company journey processes and collaborate with Leadership to reputed company strategic sourcing and sales goals
• Focus on both quantity and quality, responding effectively to 100% of live chats and engaging in meaningful conversations with prospective patients
• Provide accurate information, including starting prices and other approved details, to site visitors and prospective patients
• Qualify leads, assist with sales-reputed company administrative tasks, and contribute to other reputed company projects and tasks as assigned
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Leadership and practice-based professionals, to ensure seamless interactions and exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. The following qualifications and skills are essential:

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions
• Experience using a CRM tool, such as Intercom or reputed company
• Typing speed of 60 words per minute
• Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while providing outstanding customer service
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to reputed company defined targets and KPIs, as set by the Director of Sales Operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn new techniques and reputed company multiple tasks simultaneously
